Training

1 on 1 Personal Training

1 on 1 enables you to  gain first hand knowledge of how to construct your own training session. You will learn the fundamental techniques of rep ranges and everything else you will need to  maximize your results, from burning fat, building muscle and how to improve overall performance.

Online Personal Coaching

Not everyone wants to work out in a gym or has the flexibility in their schedule to meet with a personal trainer. However, that shouldn't stop you from being able to have someone there, every step of the way, to help provide you with the best opportunity to achieve your health and fitness goals, from burning fat, building muscle or improving performance.With Personalized Training Coaching you will be supported with a weekly check in, each plan is personalised to suit the needs of the individual.

Personal Training Plans

For people who have spent time in the gym and know exactly what their goals are, simply just having a plan that is personalized for them, that holds them accountable, is all that is acquired. My goal with providing Personalised Work Out Plans is to produce a programme that supports individual goals to achieve maximum success.

1 on 1 Personal Training

Snap Fitness - Christchurch

This is an opportunity for us to work together in the gym in order to assess the areas of your fitness that needs to be improved. Do you want to burn fat, build muscle or improve performance? The aim is to create a better understanding of safe and effective techniques and an understanding of the basic principles  of progressive overload.


All 1 on 1 Sessions will take place at Snap Fitness in Christchurch, Dorset and can be schedule by email or phone. 

Online Personal Coaching

What does this include?

  • Personalised Planning Session - this is where we spend time understanding what your goals are from burning fat, building muscle or improving overall performance and how we achieve them in a way that will keep you focused and motivated
  • Personalised 6 Week Weight Training Schedule - this is your personalised plan.
  • Personalised 6 Week Cardio Training Schedule - this is optional to fit your own personal goals 
  • Weekly check in Phone, Zoom, FaceTime call or Emails - Once a week we will schedule a time to review the week's training, answer any questions you might have and make any adjustments, if needed. 
  • End of Programme Review - this is where we look at how the previous month has gone and review where we are at with your goals and again, make changes or adjustments, if needed ,before starting the next phase. This ensures that you are meeting your goals and helps to  keep you motivated to continue the journey you are on.

What do you get?

  • Each plan is built to fit the needs of the individual and built around their own personalised goals, schedules and ambitions and includes the following:


  • 1 hour consultation in person over the phone or by Zoom.


  • 4,6 8 week (all options available) training plan, customised to fit your own personal goals 


  • Full break down of training schedule, sets, reps, rest periods and progressions 


  • 1 hour review of training block and feedback session at the end of the programme.
